acr30 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using acr30's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the acr30 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and acr30 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. acr30 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and users are responsible for reviewing the latest version.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full acr30 experience, you are required to register a personal account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Any activity that occurs through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. acr30 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your account information.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the acr30 platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. acr30 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Acr30 users agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. The following are prohibited:

  • Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems
  • Placing bets on behalf of another person without written authorisation
  • Using automated software, bots, or unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform
  • Distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through any of the platform's communication channels
  • Disclosing another person's account information or accessing an account without the owner's authorisation

Acr30 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating an account, if a user is found to have violated any of these rules.

Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the acr30 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made through legitimate payment methods registered in their own name.

Acr30 supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX via major Malaysian banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy and may change from time to time.

For withdrawals, funds will only be processed to the bank account verified during registration or account verification. acr30 reserves the right to request supporting documents to confirm the applicant's identity before processing any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit.

Any attempt to process payments through unlawful means, including money laundering, will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account in question will be terminated immediately.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

Acr30 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users arising from use of the platform, service interruptions, technical errors, or any circumstances beyond our control. This platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee of continuous availability.

Acr30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

  • Violating any of the rules set out in these terms
  • Suspected fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity
  • Providing false information during registration
  • Using multiple accounts or another person's account
  • At the request of the relevant authorities

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be frozen pending further investigation. Users who are dissatisfied with this decision may contact acr30 customer support through official channels to lodge an appeal.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the acr30 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of acr30 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from acr30.

Third-Party Links

The acr30 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. acr30 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You interact with third-party websites entirely at your own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Acr30 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. The latest version will be displayed on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the acr30 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
